After further discussion and internal evaluation regarding the future of Rock ‘n’ Roll New Orleans Marathon & ½ Marathon and the March 6-7, 2021 race date, we have come to conclusion that we cannot viably operate the event in 2021. The event will now return on February 5-6, 2022.

Do you have to qualify for the Chicago Half Marathon?
To qualify, men must run a sub-1:11 half marathon or sub-2:35 marathon; masters men (age 40 and up) must run sub-1:15 or sub-2:43; women must run sub-1:20 half or sub-2:55 marathon; and masters women (age 40 and up) must run sub-1:25 half or sub-3:05 marathon.
Can you defer a rock and roll race?
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your race number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your entry fee to future races.
