It’s action packed, dramatic, and has amazing background music. The vampire and magic effects aren’t over the top, and look awesome. However, the story progressively gets worse following season 6, actually even before then. The first two seasons are pretty exceptional. My main issue with this show is Elena’s dependence on the Salvatore Brothers.
