In order to verify your identity as a test-taker, you will need to display your photo identification to the camera prior to the commencement of your test. Any other personal information displayed on your photo identification, such as your citizenship status, national origin, military status, or veteran status.
Can Proctorio see if you use your phone?
Rather than labeling students “cheaters”, Proctorio provides exam recordings and suspicion ratings for each exam attempt using machine learning and facial recognition technology. Protorio cant know for sure if a phone is down there or not. Neither can the professor.

They usually detect how many monitors there are. I’ve taken multiple exams with a second monitor attached to my laptop and have not had a problem. They check your monitor setup before every exam regardless if you have a second monitor attached or not.
